The Indian cricket team's batting struggled severely in the Adelaide Test match. In the first innings, they were bowled out for a mere 180 runs, and their performance did not improve in the second innings either. With only 105 runs on the board and five wickets down, both Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma failed to make a significant impact with the bat. Overall, Team India's performance on the second day of the Test was extremely disappointing.

Team India scored 128 runs with the loss of 5 wickets till the end of the second day of the Adelaide Test. They are still 29 runs behind Australia. The first session of the third day will be very challenging for India. Rishabh Pant is unbeaten on 28 runs and Nitish Reddy is unbeaten on 15 runs. There has been a partnership of 23 runs between these two. The Australian bowlers troubled the Indian batsmen a lot in the second innings as well.

Half of India’s team scattered like a pack of cards:
Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul came to open the innings for India in the second innings. But these players could not last long. Rahul was out after scoring just 7 runs. Yashasvi returned to the pavilion after scoring 24 runs in 31 balls with the help of 4 fours. Shubman Gill also went out after scoring 28 runs. Virat Kohli was out after scoring 11 runs. Rohit Sharma returned to the pavilion after scoring 6 runs. In this way the Indian innings seemed to be scattered like a pack of cards.

Aussie bowlers dominated Team India:
Australian bowlers were in form in the second innings as well. Captain Pat Cummins took 2 wickets. He gave 33 runs in 8 overs. Scott Boland also took two wickets. He took 2 wickets giving 39 runs in 7 overs. Mitchell Starc took 1 wicket. He gave 49 runs in 9 overs. Let us tell you that Team India was all out on a score of 180 runs in the first innings.
