IPL 2025: Comprehensive List of Coaches and Support Staff for all 10 IPL Franchises – CSK, MI, RCB, KKR, SRH, RR, PBKS, GT, LSG, and DC

In addition to assembling a formidable team for the tournament, every IPL franchise places significant emphasis on constructing a robust support staff unit. Similar to other cricket tournaments, IPL teams have a diverse array of coaches and support staff for various roles. Each participating team will enlist support staff and a select few coaches for the tournament, with the flexibility to make changes if desired results are not met.

The coach will be responsible for the team’s training plan, coordination, leading the team to victory, preparing the game plan and motivating the team in failures. The BCCI plans to hold a mega auction for the IPL 2025 season. Like every IPL auction, the team management has to submit their list of retained and released players before the deadline. The IPL 2025 mega auction is rumoured to take place in December this year, but the date is yet to be officially revealed.

As per the IPL 2025 schedule, defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders will play the first match of the season (considering the statistics of previous tournaments). Apart from building the best team and appointing a suitable captain, every team needs to appoint a head coach, who plays a vital role in team coordination and formulating the right game plan depending on the conditions.

Apart from the head coach, every team will have some support staff including a batting coach, bowling coach, fielding coach, and many other staff members.
